Enjoy approximately $400 worth of meat each month. Delivery is included, or you can opt for free pickup if preferred.
All Subscriptions will include 6 total steaks, 4lbs of ground beef, 4 Roasts (beef and pork), Breakfast sausage, Chicken and rendered down Beef Tallow. We will always have extra stuff added in along with these items.

Steaks - 2 New York Strips, 2 Filets, 2 Sirloins
Beef - Ground Beef -4lbs, Arm Roast, Chuck Roast
Pork - Pork Tenderloin, Breakfast sausage -2lbs, 2 Pork Steak, 2 Pork Loin Roasts
Chicken - Whole Chicken
Rendered Down Beef Tallow – 6oz Jar

- VERY RARE: 115°-120°F (46°-49°C)
- RARE: 120°-130°F (49°-54°C)
- MEDIUM RARE: 130°-140°F (54°-60°C)
- MEDIUM: 140°-150°F (60°-66°C)
- MEDIUM WELL: 150°-155°F (66°-68°C)
- WELL: 155°-160°F (68°-71°C)
- WELL DONE: >160°F (>71°C)
Pork Temperature
- Medium Rare -145°F
- Medium Well - 150°F
- Well - 165°F
Chicken Temperature
- Well - 165°F
All of our products are delivered frozen.
Once received, beef should be kept frozen and consumed within 6 months for an optimal quality experience.
Once thawed, it should be eaten within 3-5 days (Per USDA recommendations).
