We handle every step ourselves — from the pasture to our own USDA-inspected processing facility. When the time comes, we harvest in small batches to minimize stress and honor the animal with humane, respectful treatment.
Step 3
Aged to Perfection
Once processed, each carcass is aged under carefully controlled conditions to develop tenderness and deep, natural flavor. Beef rests for 14 days, pork for 7 — patience that makes every bite worth it.
Step 4
Cut & Packed by Hand
Our skilled butchers hand-cut each portion, ensuring precision, consistency, and quality. Every piece is vacuum-sealed in premium packaging and blast-frozen to lock in peak freshness and flavor.

Straight to You
Your order is portioned and packed for your household — whether it’s a weeknight dinner or a backyard grill-out. Pick up your order at our location in Nichols Hills or have it delivered directly to your doorstep.
