Cooking Tips
- For thicker pork cuts, we recommend either reverse-searing or fully oven-baking. This allows for more even cooking and better control of the internal temperature.
- To maximize flavor, we recommend a minimum temp of 145° and a maximum temp of 160°.
- After cooking, allow the pork to rest for at 5-10 minutes.

Delivery
All of our products are delivered frozen.
Once received, pork should be kept frozen and consumed within 6 months for an optimal quality experience. Once thawed, it should be eaten within 3-5 days (Per USDA recommendations).
