Cooking Tips
  • For smoked brisket, we recommend smoking until 195°-205°F, or until probe tender.
  • For best results, we strongly recommend resting your brisket for at least two hours - the longer the rest, the better.
  • When cooked, make sure the temperature stays above 145° to ensure food safety.

Delivery

All of our products are delivered frozen.

Once received, beef should be kept frozen and consumed within 6 months for an optimal quality experience. Once thawed, it should be eaten within 3-5 days (Per USDA recommendations).
